• Clearly and professionally reply customer inquiries and advice various services provided by the company
• Show clients around the property/premises
• Liaise with different third party contractors or agents to achieve sales prospects

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma in any discipline, preferably in communications
• Good communication skills at all levels
• 2-3 years experience in office space/office building leasing or office brokerage
• Responsible, with up-market analysis ability and good service awareness
• Fluency in both verbal and written English
• Friendly, energetic and cheerful personality
• Coordination skills, team spirit, outgoing personality
• Ambitious, willing to learn new things and have a clear long-term career plan
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
