• Provide reports to top management like sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaints reports, and new customers’ on-boarded reports.

As an Associate Director, you will manage a sales team varying between 2-8 staff. Responsible to deliver target profit and revenue for their segment and region. Actively leads their team and defines and manages sales representatives’ activities (KPIs) and coaches the development of the desired sales competencies to meet their profit and revenue goals as well as specific MAP deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervises, leads and manages the sales team.
