This role is crucial to enhance ED EIGHT VENTURE's brand visibility, attract new clients, and drive business growth in both the special events and educational services sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Aspects

- Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote special event services (e.g., live streaming, product launches) and educational services (cognitive learning programs).

- Manage social media, email marketing, and digital advertising platforms to build brand visibility.

- Create engaging content for various platforms to showcase event planning expertise and educational offerings.

- Ensure consistency in branding across all communication channels.

- Conduct research to identify emerging trends in special events and educational training.

- Analyze competitors to develop strategies that position the company as a leader in its field.

- Work with vendors, trainers, and academic centers to create co-branded marketing initiatives.

Business Development Aspects

- Identify potential clients in special event management and educational services.

- Develop long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Create business development plans to achieve revenue targets.

- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet objectives.

- Prepare detailed proposals and presentations for clients, emphasizing customized event planning and educational training services.

- Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and networking sessions to expand business opportunities.

- Leverage connections with academic and enrichment centers to grow the educational services portfolio.

· Promote and convince customers to purchase our products

· Prospect for new leads though referrals, networking, cold-calling etc

· Achieve individual sales target diligently

· Participate in events such as roadshows, exhibitions, seminar workshops, product demonstration etc

· Render Sales Support at retail outlets whenever required

· To provide sales and admin support during such events

· Business development by identifying good partners and collaborators.

· Collaborate with the marketing team and management to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and initiatives.

· Monitor market trends and analyze consumer market activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

· To be involved and initiate marketing activities to build the Company’s image and brand

· Develop and maintain good relationship with customers and business partners

· Build and maintain database of prospects and customers

· Investigate and resolve customers issues actively with technical support team

· To undertake ad-hoc projects and/or duties whenever required

· To assist in general admin duties whenever required

• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage the company's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in marketing.
• Proficient in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and digital marketing tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.

Job  Description

• Act as the key account interface, develop and maintain strategic relationship with existing and potential Customer/Principal.
• Attend to Customer's request such as pull in, urgent order and push out etc...
• Plan for Overseas Factory Visit or Audit Meeting with the immediate Superior whenever require
• Develop the Sales of existing Accounts
• Build rapport with the Customer and handle Customer quality issues or complaints
• Provide quotation to the Customer
• Liaise with Factory people to ensure that they provide the best support on the order processing and delivery to us
• Work closely with your team members to ensure all order loading is accurate and daily schedule is met

Criteria

• Minimum Diploma holder
• At least 5 to 8 years of relevant sales experience in the PCB/Electronics/Semicon Industry
• Looking for people with aggressive and strong customer-oriented service mentality
• Positive attitude, responsive and hardworking
• Able to travel for business independently

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Establish sales pipelines by prospecting, forecasting and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
• Ability to analyse market trending and competitors’ movement
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending essential product / internal coaching workshops, and regularly business networking
• Sell to new, existing and potential prospects as well as provide sales support to partners to participate in closing and order or to facilitate and add value to the selling process
• Contributes to overall team effort in service delivery excellency
• Plan and execute sales activities, site visits/survey required
• Develop new customer accounts
• Pre-sales, quotation submission and support various sales activities that drive prospects through the awareness and consideration to decision-making phases of the sales cycle.
• Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering to customers’ requests
• Develop and coordinate with Ops team in implementation of agreed solutions for customers

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Professional Certificate, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent
• At least 1 to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in security technology and IT/networking/PA field
• Possess good presentation skills
• Proven track record of positive sales performance
• Possess ability to handle large tender and contracts
• Knowledge of AutoCAD drawing for basic setup**
• Possess valid class 3 license and with own car
• Highly self-motivated individual, independent & have a positive roll-up sleeves attitude
• Possess good interpersonal skills and ability to handle pressure.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be self-motivated, capable of working independently and be highly organized with strong attention to detail.
