Location: Jurong East

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Promote and propose Control and Automation Solutions to building owners, consultants and contractors
• Develop long term customer relationships and maximize account penetration and customer retention
• Identify potential opportunities & develop solutions with existing & new customers
• Collaborate with other departments to promote package solution and enhance the win/closure rate
• Effectively write and present proposals.
• Negotiates value, addresses resistance and closes the sale.
• Identify our unique selling points and differentiate us as a preferred supplier

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering
• Min. 1-3 years’ experience in selling HVAC or building automation system

Requirements

Job Descriptions:

• Service existing customers and develop new clients to expand Snow market share for Industrial product portfolio in a designated region
• To promote and market all Industrial products on agreed quarterly and annual target volume.
• Specifying of company’s product to all relevant clients, consultants, engineering companies, design companies and end user.
• Establishing contact with consultants, contractors, EPCs and project owners
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements
• Negotiating tender and contract terms
• Offering after-sales support services to customers
• Preparing weekly reports and call plan to the general manager
• Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
• Offer pre-tender technical assistance and product education to the client
• Liaising with other members of the sales team to co-ordinate on projects pursue and win the projects
• Meet required sales targets
• Compile lists of prospective customers and projects for use as sales leads.
• Follow up project activities and update project lists.

Requirements:

• Diploma in mechanical or Chemical engineering
• Min 2 years of industrial sales experience, with industrial plastic piping sales experience will have added advantage.
• With experience of selling valves, pipes, fittings and pump will also be consider
• Familiarity on project pursue and product specification procedure is a plus
• Experience in water treatment, chemical, Semiconductor and utility segments are also an added advantage.
