• Maintain accurate records of all RFQs received, quotations prepared, and sales orders generated, including documentation of any special terms or conditions agreed upon with customers.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales presentations, managing customer’s email enquiries etc.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales support operations by streamlining and enhancing the RFQ handling process.
• Handle tasks assigned by the Sales Team/Management from time to time

Education and Experience Requirements

• Min. Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in Sales Support or Customer Service support job functions, strongly preferred in a similar field (Electronics Industry)
• 2-3 years of experience in a Sales support role or other customer-focused environment
• Ability to work independently , responsible and as a good team player
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS office applications (Word, Excel ,Power-point)
• Strong customer service orientation

· Brainstorms new and creative growth and lead acquisition strategies through digital marketing.

· Identifies brand building opportunities and leverage on critical conversion points

· Develop content strategy and distribution, mobilising brand building opportunities on all channels — owned, earned and paid platforms, to reach audience personas

· Builds brand awareness targeted at different consumer funnel stages, drive traffic, engagement, and generate new leads

· Directs and executes all web, social media, SEO/SEM, database marketing, and display advertising campaigns

· Optimises ad spend and performance based on the insights and data

· Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

· Collaborates with key opinion leaders/ influencers, agencies and other vendor partners.

· Leads a team and supervises external writers, digital and media agencies for SEO and paid marketing activities.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field

· Strong experience and proven track record in digital advertising, and SEO

· Chinese language proficiency is a plus

· Proficient with Analytics and inbound marketing

· Proactive, execution-oriented and resourceful

· Driven with strong project management skills

· Working experience with agency will be an added advantage

What You Will Learn:
In this internship, you will gain hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of social media marketing, with a strong focus on video content creation. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Video Content Creation: Plan, script, film, edit, and post engaging short-form videos across social media platforms. Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and resonates with our target audience.
• Social Media Management: Assist with daily content posting and management on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and XiaoHongShu. Engage with followers to maintain an active social presence.
• Content Strategy & Planning: Work with the team to develop content ideas that align with brand objectives and current trends, particularly focusing on video-driven content.
• Campaign Brainstorming: Contribute insights and creative ideas during brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns.
• Content Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of video and social media content, providing recommendations or optimization to improve reach and engagement.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall brand objectives and campaigns.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Qualifications: Minimum diploma, or undergraduate or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Film, Video, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Passion for Content Creation: You must love creating content on social media, with a particular interest in video production. You should have a natural talent for storytelling and a drive to engage audiences through visual content.
• Familiarity with Social Media Platforms: You should be familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms. Knowledge of XiaoHongShu is a plus but not required.
• Content Creation Tools: Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva, Capcut, or any video editing software is a plus.
• Creative Mindset: A creative thinker who thrives on new ideas and trends, with a strong ability to create engaging video content for various platforms.
• Interest in F&B & Hospitality: While not essential, an interest in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Bonus: A portfolio or examples of your previous social media posts, videos, or campaigns (not required, but a strong plus!).
