SCOPE OF WORK

• Develop marketing & communications strategy
• Manage marketing budget
• Design & distribution of brand through online campaigns
• Manage/revamp/update company website and social media platforms
• Responsible for copywriting or creating website content and social media posts
• Promote interest in company's services
• Generate sales leads through conventional and digital marketing channels
• Tabulate sales leads via various marketing channel
• Crafting EDM content for awareness to company activities/presence
• Attend trade shows & exhibitions to reach new audiences and build email list

CRITERIA

• Proven work experience in a Marketing & Communications role
• Academic qualifications in marketing, communications or any related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive messages
• Knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising and content marketing
• Creative and a keen eye for detail to develop engaging marketing communication materials.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in English and bilingual in Chinese preferred, but not essential. Any other foreign language will be beneficial.

As a Marketing Executive specializing in workboat and construction vessel chartering, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote and sell services to offshore oil and gas companies, drilling contractors, and other stakeholders in the energy industry. You will work closely with sales, operations, and management teams to identify market opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth for the fleet. This role requires strong industry knowledge, marketing expertise, and the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of services to potential clients.

Responsibilities:

• Market and charter workboats and construction vessels to clients locally and internationally.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and ROI metrics to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives.
• Develop actionable business development plans tailored to designated regions.
• Cultivate robust relationships with global industry contacts, clients, and partners.
