Sales Representative

Overall job objectives:

• Generate growth in sales revenue from new and existing customers.

Core responsibilities:

• Responsible for all direct sales activities.
• Liaise with customers for more orders.
• Visit existing customers to maintain good rapport.
• Collaborate with internal team to deliver excellent customer services.
• Ensure prompt customer payment.
• Do sales visit report.
• Participate in any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.
• Products training will be provided.

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Sales & Marketing Executive/Consultant to spearhead our marketing campaigns and develop new strategies. This position requires a strategic thinker in both sales and marketing.

Job Requirement

• Develop and execute a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction.
• Create and manage all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand and product marketing direction.
• Create strategic communication programs, manage and grow relationships with media and bloggers.
• Stay proficient and keep up with product knowledge and the latest updates. Provide product consultancy to both internal teams and external customers and partners.
• Establish new collaborations with strategic and business partners to increase brand equity, awareness, and preference; expand customer reach to promote products and boost customer acquisition.
• Support in the media planning for sustenance programs to ensure the efficacy of media spend and advertising impact.
• Handle administrative tasks in Corporate Marketing and customer handling.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities

1. To develop business and work closely with existing customer on related services such as upgrading, re-educating of ERP Solutions and many more.
2. Develop new business opportunities and product marketing to customers. Establish contacts and develop new accounts.
3. Conduct regular review on all business opportunities, and to follow-up on new projects.
4. Conduct survey on end-users and provide necessary support. Provide field visits, marketing support in any road shows or events where necessary.
5. Conduct market competitive analysis and propose effective solutions to gain greater market share.
6. Work and communicate closely with the sales team, driving synergy through active collaboration with internal teams and customers.
7. Maintain proper records of projects and update the sales team regularly on key opportunities as well as ensure timely report entry into CRM system.
8. Produce regular dashboard reporting. Requirements Required to have experience in handling ERP Project.
9. Preferably experienced in ERP/SAP Solutions.

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
2. At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
