Your Career

As a Global Sales Support Specialist, you will provide support to our Field Sales Teams with quoting of complex deals, educating on one-off quotes to order inquiries, and advising on product configuration rules. You will also support short-term marketing sales promotions while collaborating with internal business partners to ensure that deals are moving forward.

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to work with our leading technology client as we support the growth of their product by working closely with their brand and creative team across APAC. You will be expected to work with their marketers across JAPAC to maintain brand standards, guide brand strategy, and elevate creative marketing.

Role:

• Review creative briefs, asset development, and creative ideas from agencies.
• Provide strategic guidance on brief writing and campaign development.
• Provide brand guidance on the application of design, logo, naming, etc.
• Project manage select projects from creative development to production, including managing timelines and schedules.
• Independently assess creative and deliver feedback, and determine what requires further support from our creative team.
• Facilitate creative reviews and the development process within the client's team.
• Exercise judgment on how to manage feedback from marketers and deal with objections/rejections.
• Guide marketers across the region on brand and campaign reviews.
• Adaptable and quick to understand how to navigate the organization and how to get things done efficiently.
• Build strong professional relationships with marketers.

You:

The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring that store displays are in accordance to guidelines and that inventory is well-replenished at all times.

Primary Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Deliver excellent customer service, cultivating a pleasant shopping experience for customers
• Handle daily customer queries & feedbacks with prompt and fitting solutions
• Review and handle returns and exchanges in compliance with company policy
• Contribute creative ideas to build / develop strong regular clientele

Operations

• Support daily business operations of the retail store. (eg: cashiering function, house-keeping)
• Ensure store presentation is consistent with brand image
