About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Support Executive to join our team. This role will provide advanced support to the sales team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will act as a pivotal link between various departments, manage customer inquiries, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.

What you will be doing

• Sales Support Coordination: Assist sales representatives in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations. Ensure all SOPs are updated and communicated to the relevant customers. • Order Processing: Oversee the order processing cycle from receipt of the order to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements. Work closely with Operations to understand bottlenecks and propose short and long-term fixes.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate weekly/monthly sales reports and analytics to track performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales processes. Understand the customers’ needs in terms of reporting and align with IT teams to tailor the solution.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, finance, IT and logistics teams to ensure coordinated efforts in meeting customer needs and achieving sales objectives.
