Job Scope:

• Support Marketing Team with budgeting for all planning exercises, including annual plan and reviews (ASP/LE)
  • Run monthly budget processes, coordinating with Marketing team.
  • Monthly budget allocation and PO information. Ensure actual SAP booking and secure all entries and commitments are in line with budget including phasings.
  • Prepare actual/forecast variance explanations, create and distribute reports
  • Purchase to Pay Management o Handle relevant PRs, GRs, Proof of Performance & IR.
  • Create PR's in line with budget availability and follow up on receipt of Proof of Performance and IR. Maintain timely GR input and PO cleaning. Collect and file Proof of Performance.
  • Follow up on vendor creation forms and payment issues.
  • Prepare and communicate monthly report activities.
  • Marketing/Brand Activation and Merchandising o Plan and coordinate the development of consumer & trade activations in alignment with key stakeholders.
  • Drive implementation of the plan, ensuring execution excellence and resources optimization.
  • Maintain a clear calendar view of all projects with regular status updates.
  • Set KPIs and assess results.
  • Plan and coordinate the development of Merchandising and showcasing solutions in alignment with key stakeholders.

The Global Partnerships Sales Engine (GPSE) team is a critical part of driving operational efficiency and scale in support of our publisher business generation and platform solutions. The GPSE team centralizes work away from sales teams so that business leaders can concentrate their efforts on client-specific activities.

As a data analyst on the GPSE team, you will have the opportunity to work with an extensive range of cross-functional teams on the Global Partnerships side of the business, to further evolve and scale GPSE support. You will also be managing the contracting and billing functions for GPSE.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Sales users via optimization, reporting and troubleshooting support.
• Maintain high service levels through meeting or exceeding CSAT, timeliness and efficiency goals.
• Support implementation and optimization for Google’s Programmatic business generation and Platform solutions.
• Provide consult and technical support to a global vendor team.
• Contribute proactively to the analysis and optimization of processes, internal tools and product to drive efficiency and scale.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in analysis, operations, project management, or a similar role.
• Experience using SQL.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience using business generation or Ad serving solutions (e.g., Google Ad Manager, AdMob, DV360).
• Experience in streamlining operational processes (e.g., automation).
• Understanding of online advertising solutions (e.g., Ad serving, business generation) and key platforms and trends (e.g., desktop, mobile, video).
• Ability to operate in a changing industry and work well with a team.

Primary responsibilities:

• Generate highlights/quotes/insurer’s illustrations for sales consultants’ meetings.
• Provide new business sales support and after-sales policy services support for sales consultants.
• Follow internal processes and ensure proper documentation are obtained and filed in CRM
• Co-ordinate pre-case submission tasks - medical bookings, preparing internal KYC documentations and insurer’s application forms.
• Handle new business case submissions to different insurers and work closely with sales consultants to policy inception.
• Handle monthly bank’s reporting.
• Handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders and ensure they are answered promptly.
• The primary responsibilities are not limited to those listed above. The employee is expected to follow instructions and perform other add-hoc duties as required by the immediate supervisor from time to time, within the Sales Operations Department.

Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 2-3 years of case management experience with HNW clients preferably in the insurance broking or insurance industry.
• Adapt to using different software to generate insurer’s illustrations.
• Strong understanding of different underwriting requirements from the insurers to submit cases efficiently.
• Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment.
• Good interpersonal skill with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to work with tight deadlines, producing efficient work in a multi-task environment
• Highly organized and pro-active in following up cases and also daily work.
• Meticulous, ability to be precise and accurate.
• Effectively cope with changes, can shift gears comfortably, able to handle uncertainties.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Competent in Microsoft office word, excel and power-point
• Licensed in CMFAS Module 5, 9, 9A and HI (preferably not a must)
• Proficient in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
