As the Sales Director, FFE Asia, you will ultimately be responsible to develop and lead the FFE Asia, Southeast Asia commercial team, to forging strategic partnerships, lead the execution of FFE Asia strategic plans in SEA, and crafting innovative solutions that captivate clients in diverse markets. Your priority will be to drive further business growth in SEA region, in close collaboration with the local team members of FFE Asia and P&B.

Your key responsibilities
- Develop the overall commercial strategic plan, to defend existing business and to capture new business opportunities for FFE Asia in SEA, to ultimately drive revenue growth at a sustainable margin
- Accountable for P&L of FFE Asia SEA, good management of vitality, adoption rate & growth ambition for the region, and drive and accelerate our market share growth with priority on regional clients like Wipro and other emerging brands.
- Identify and prioritize new business and specific customer opportunities through the establishment of internal and external networks, and through the sourcing and application of good market intelligence.
- Work and partner closely with project management team composed of perfumers, fragrance development, technical, consumer insights and marketing professionals.
- Work closely with other FFE Asia team members in China and India, creating synergies between sub regions connecting with FFE Asia PLU leader and leading a high performing & strong collaborative culture within the teams.
You bring
- At least 10 years of solid track record in account management
- Ability to provide strategic and clear direction and build a high performing team
- Bachelor’s Degree in business management, Business Economics, Chemistry or any other relevant discipline
- To lead and inspire the local commercial team to drive strong performance and account plans
- Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to build and maintain sustainable customer relationships, with high ethical standards in all interactions
- Be a role model as a leader and ability to coach and nurture the team
