Bio-medical science graduate or a registered pharmacist will be given an advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervise and provide guidance for a team of sales coordinators.
• Coordinate with the customer on delivery arrangement such as re scheduling request, cancellation requests, etc.
• Work with interdepartmental on sales related matters
• Process Purchase Order and ensure upon receipt of confirmed sales order timely
• Assist in logistic arrangement eg sample/ documents shipping arrangement
• Administrative support such as e-filing of sales documents to ensure audit compliance.
• Prepare sale reports to sales team.
• Quotation for sales enquiries.
• Process Sample requests from customers
• Prompt and regular upkeeping of customers' database to maximise customer relationship management.
• Handle and attend to customer's enquiry and complaints
• Any other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Min. Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Sales and Marketing or equivalent
• Min 5 years in sales administration and coordination
• Customer Service orientated
• Proactive team player with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines.
• Meticulous, efficient, enthusiastic, and resourceful

Job description:

· Lead Generation –Expand the client database by performing cold calls and network at events to generate new sales leads and able to convert cold calls to meetings with potential clients.

· Account Management – stay in touch with existing clients to be on top of their mind when they need our services.

· Client retention – know your clients needs to maximize their spending power by providing variety of solutions.

· Customer Service – ensuring smooth execution and operations on site during events.

· CRM – maximize your sales generation potentials by managing your sales funnel in CRM.

• Keep meeting minutes
• Manage day-to-day office administration duties including scheduling of required meetings as instructed by Manager, health check of stationeries, office equipment, inventory and observing orderliness
• Administers proper communication channel and information flow from internal to other departments
• Assist Manager with review and update of EasyChef’s SOP’s
• Ensure compliance with the Academy’s policies, SOPs and practices
• Experience in CRM system and social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
• Provide direct support to Manager of EasyChef

Job requirements:

. Able to speak Mandarin language to service the Chinese speaking customer.
