JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Sales Director for the App Developer segment APAC, you will lead a diverse team that engages with large, medium and small App Developers to help them grow their user base. Our APAC Apps business represents one of the fastest growing, most diverse, and dynamic parts of Google. The App Developer sales team has big ambitions and global reach. You will work with the next generation of mobile-first businesses and drive change to accelerate Google’s position in the fast-growing and strategic business of app install and engagement. Your interest in sales and the digital economy and your entrepreneurial drive enables these relatively new advertisers to expand their businesses with Google's latest advertising products and solutions. Your understanding of the app ecosystem across iOS and Android combined with your commercial acumen shape how new and existing businesses grow. Using your effective communication skills, you are the face of Google to the external audience, to a large portfolio of clients (Large and Small) whose needs you listen to, and help define the vision and strategy for how their products and services can reach millions of users. You will also play a pivotal role across the Global App Developer leadership team in addition to collaborating with leaders in product, sales operations, APAC sales leadership, and in-country teams to ensure we are building a robust business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set high-level priorities within the team to appropriately engage clients across your book of business. Consistently deliver against assigned quota and strategic objectives.
• Work with the Global Apps Solutions Specialists, Product management, Eng teams to define key APAC opportunities across Google’s suite of app install products.
• Collaborate with strategy and ops stakeholders to ensure alignment and assess APAC go-to-market needs.
• Analyze data trends and client performance, develop solid strategic sales plans, and prepare and conduct strategic pitches and sales presentations. Serve as an evangelist at targeted events and conferences.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in mobile, advertising sales, account management and/or client services.

Our Product Sales Designers are responsible for representing an innovative and premium brand of outdoor blinds and glass curtain products.

With excellent customer service, you will understand the client's needs and provide site consultations, which includes:

• Measuring job sites, sketch product application layouts and provide estimates for clients
• Prepare the quotations on our online CRM platform and present the quote clearly to clients

You will be the main point of service to our clients where providing service, answering product enquiries, design and sales policies questions.

You will also be the main contact with the client to arrange all logistics including deciding on the installation date, applying for renovation permit, and preparing the required paperwork to complete the project.

What will the Right Person look like?

• You have a minimum 2 years of working experience in the renovation / aluminium / glass industry.
• You are able to read floor plans and construction drawings as well as doing site measurements using measuring tape.
• You are proficient in Excel and any drawing applications.
• It will be an added advantage if you possess a Class 3 driving license.
• Candidates must be proficient in English & Mandarin (as candidates need to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts in written & spoken level, for job purposes)
