- Work closely with the team to drive sales to meet monthly/quarterly target

- Source for marketing partnerships with external parties for collaborations, vendor management, including liaison of PR, managing of outreach seeding programs to KOLs and our membership members.

- Assist in marketing tasks such as Brand and Awareness, building relationship with our key customers.

- Provide feedback to team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings.

-Monitor corporate image frequently and ensure it is in compliance with company brand.

- Other adhoc duties assigned.

• Work with internal and external partners (Webmasters, Marcoms, Legal, Promo partners, etc) to create content and execute ongoing internal communications to Cardmembers

• Assist Product Managers on maintaining offers and benefits, and ensure that the info are accurate and up to date

• Manage customer enquiries related to the Product benefits and product-related promotions
