JOB SUMMARY

9. Drives/manages cooperate, group and festive cooperate bulk purchases through improved customer loyalty by excellent account management.
10. Negotiating and liaising with suppliers, purchasers, branding companies and contractors to source for the most beneficial proposal for the hotel.
11. Responsible for sourcing new potential retail sites and provide detailed site analysis for the perusal of DFB for key festive periods.
12. Negotiates F&B offerings and closes the deals.
13. Responsible for implementation of marketing programs, collaterals and photoshoot with Marcom team.
14. Prospects new business through phone solicitation, outside sales calls, customer visits to the hotel, trade shows, sales blitzes, direct mail, newspaper/journal research and other customer interaction or research. E.g. sales call and return with sales report.
15. Develops marketing intelligence: new product ideas, competition activities, new customer trends and performance.
16. Spends majority of time in face-to-face customer or business clientele’s interaction outside of the hotel; for the purpose of selling the F&B retail business and enhancing restaurant revenue.
17. Sells the benefits of our F&B Restaurant and Festive Season Retail Offerings.
18. To provide product and information trainings to all level associates before each project kick off.
19. To meet measurable targets (BSC/KPI) goals, as assigned for self-individual and the team.
20. Cash Handling :

· Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, cheques, purepayment, debit, or credit.

· Process all transaction postings (rebates, miscellaneous charges, paid-outs)

· Blind drop at end of the shifts.

· Provide cash change to guests.

· Obtain manual authorizations and follow all Accounting procedures when computer system is down.

· Count bank at the beginning of shift to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.

The purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact for incoming leads and potential clients, ensuring a smooth customer experience across a variety of Crimson programs.

What are the main responsibilities for this role?

• Managing, contacting, and qualifying inbound warm/hot leads
• Providing resources to leads to inform them of opportunities with Crimson
• Working as part of a high performing team to provide the best experience to potential Crimson students

What skills and experience are required?

• Making calls and responding to enquiries from leads to qualify them for sales processes, ensuring that data is diligently, accurately entered and managed within Crimson’s Client Relations Management (CRM) system Salesforce
• Updating the record of these leads and tracking their movements to the next stage of the sales pipeline in Salesforce
• Track Crimson events and plan accordingly to reach out to the event leads
• Schedule meetings for the leads to meet with Crimson’s Academic Advisors and Country Manager
• Planning and running local events to increase brand awareness for Crimson
• Establish, develop and maintain positive and professional customer interactions and relationships for Crimson
• Continuously improving sales techniques, processes and enhancing industry knowledge
• Engaging in outreach activities such as presenting at school talks, careers expos, and Crimson seminars when required
• Attending industry events as required
• Collating fortnightly sales reports in an accurate and concise manner for management

What skills and experience are required?

• Proficient in Mandarin and English - Spoken/Written
• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Success
• Experience in university admissions (US & UK as priority) will be preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills

What are the main responsibilities for this role?

• Reporting and Documentation: Generate reports and extract data pertaining to leads from both event and non-event sources. Sort and extract data from event reports and registration lists.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, interactions, and progress in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary information and support during the sales process, including (but not limited to) generating service agreements, taking down meeting minutes, and providing reports.
• Office Maintenance: Oversee general office maintenance, including ordering supplies, coordinating repairs, and ensuring a tidy and welcoming workspace.
• Coordination with Internal Teams: Liaise with different departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• General Administrative Support: Assist with other administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and supporting office operations as needed.

What skills and experience are required?

• Proficient in English - Spoken/Written
• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Success
• Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and CRM software is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Description:
•Assist marketing team in the preparation of POSM and other marketing materials to support in-store activations, promotions, and campaigns.
