Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the hiring and development of a Thailand sales organization and drive the development of sales strategies

Role Overview

· Generate leads (new and prospective customers) by identifying greenfield opportunities within market and execute the end-to-end sales process.

· Build awareness of BIPO’s Total HR Solution and value proposition through engagement with key stakeholders within prospective accounts.

· Leads sales engagement and involves resources as needed to address prospect’s needs and business problem(s)

· Effectively communicates how BIPO Total HR Solution solve business problems.

· Independently devising and delivering solution-oriented sales presentations, conducting system demonstrations, and guiding clients through the process effectively

· Preparation of proposals such as pricing proposals, responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), presentations, and other related tasks.

· Maintain and prepare timely sales pipeline information in CRM and related reports.

Skills And Experience We Value

· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

· Highly sales driven individual with a passion to learn.

· 1-3 years prospecting, developing and closing leads for new business and/or 1-3 years of achieving sales objectives in the related HR technology, software and/or HR related services market a plus.

· Ability to develop relationships with mid-level and C-suite leaders by leveraging a strong understanding of business drivers, value expectations and business case components.

· Ability to effectively negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.

· Proficient in networking within business settings as and when required.

· Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills

· Strong listening and presentation skills

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the Sales Ambassador will be responsible for meeting individual and boutique sales targets, providing exceptional client service levels at all times, cultivating and maintaining a loyal client base and assisting with daily boutique operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned by the Boutique Manager.
• Follow all the sales & operations processes and requirements according to the Company policies.
• Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating high level of product & brand knowledge and customer service.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction to build long term relationships between the brand and customers. This includes to work closely with customers on after service issues.
• Support events, activities and change of visual merchandising with the marketing team.
• Maintain the best boutique conditions at all times. E.g. cleanliness, safety, security etc.
• Support all ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Boutique Manager

Profile

• At least 3-5 years’ experience in retail operations with successful track record gained from luxury jewelry industry

Job Description

• Give out samples to the shoppers
• Approach, conduct sales pitch, convince prospects to purchase our services & products.
• Provide skincare consultation, product demonstration, recommendations on treatment plans and suitable products to client
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and shop sales target
• Develop customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Train new comers, motivate all sales staff
• Assist in daily operational duties such as cashiering transactions, inventory and ad hoc duties that may be assigned by the Store Manager

Requirements:

• One year experience in pro active cosmetic sales (In Retail Shop)
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the skincare/beauty industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetics products.
• Sales-oriented with a passion for beauty.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fast-paced and collaborative working style

• 5 or 6 days per week, 8 hours rotating shift per day (including weekends)
