Responsibilities
โข Plan and prepare sales kits for Free & Easy packages
โข Customize programs/itineraries and prepare coach rate schedule
โข Upload packages to the system for selling
โข Manually upload and adjust selling prices as approved by management
โข Liaise and negotiate contracts with hotels and other industry partners for rates for both FIT and group booking
โข Manage petty cash in MYR for drivers and weekly expenses (guideโs fee, hotel payments, driver overland claims)
โข Prepare refund and coordinate with finance department
โข Issue invoices and exchange order for payment
โข Prepare quotation for overland groups trips/local transportations and tour group
โข Handling all reservations requests/enquires via email and other online/offline channels
โข Handle the hotline for overland departures on a weekly rotational basis
โข Liaise with drivers/guides regarding issues such as uncaptured or duplicate booking
โข Ensure overall customer satisfaction
โข Conduct weekly planning for overland trips to Malacca and Kuala Lumpur
โข Combine trips by contacting and transferring bookings of passengers, send notification via SMS/WhatsApp and email
โข Ad hoc duties given by superior
Requirements
โข Candidate should possess Diploma/Professional qualifications in the travel industry
โข Possess at least 2 years of experience in the Travel Industry
โข Prior experience with corporate sales and marketing will be advantage
โข Good knowledge of tour products and tour leading
โข Strong interpersonal and communication skills
โข Comfortable working in a hands-on environment and contribute to all areas
โข Ability to handle stress and work in fast paced environment & extended hours
โข Keen interest in local and international travel trends
โข Excellent communication in English, Malay, and Mandarin
โข Singaporean & PR Preferred
