Job Description:
The F&B Branding and Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing our brand’s marketing strategy. This role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, customer engagement, and driving revenue growth through innovative digital and traditional marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive branding and marketing strategies to position our restaurant as a market leader.

Responsibilities

Enhance visual design brief by gathering information, data through research on competitors and market trends

Support management team in conceptualising and delivering marketing plans and designs

Contribute ideas and execute them to grow business volumes

Ensure design consistency across all marketing collaterals are according to brand guidelines and is error-free

Manage and maintain graphic files and brand assets, including photos and videos

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent

Proficient in Windows operating system and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro), Wordpress, Microsoft Office, SEO/SEM

Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines

Ability to create digital content through short videos, GIF’s and equipped with knowledge of HTML/CSS or WordPress content creation
