• Minimum poly diploma, Food Science or related
• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience

Marketing

· Develop a consistent brand voice across all collaterals and touch points including our corporate website and social platforms

· Identify, develop and implement communications strategies to support and align the company’s overall business and brand standing.

· Support market reach and penetration for various business units

· Work closely with the company to develop viable marketing activities for consultancy business.

· Plan, execute and optimise online marketing campaigns using various social media platforms and Google Analytics

· Assist in the conceptualising, design and production of marketing collaterals, emailers, posters, etc

· Create and maintain the database of contacts of customers/ partners, website and social media platforms

· Cultivate good relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels.

· Manage quality database that organizes and updates contacts of existing and prospective customers / partners.

· Serve as a centralized resource center for company’s track records, achievements, project photo gallery and media archive

· Assist in the organization of company events and networking

· Any other relevant duties

Office Administration

• Arranging and scheduling meetings, setting up video and/or teleconferences and preparation of meeting packs
• Maintain an efficient system for filing and retrieval of documents
• Monitor deadlines and follow up actions in relation to equipment and assets maintenance

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma/Degree in Communications or Marketing

· Minimum 1 year of related working experience

· Competent with MS Office, Photoshop, photo/video editing software, social media platforms and website development

· IT savvy and ability to pick up skills fast

· Strong command of English language and writing skills

Job Description

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, sharing expert product knowledge and driving sales with enthusiasm and professionalism.

You will greet and assist our customers visiting the showroom, addressing their needs and preferences.

You will also manage and maintain a clean and organized showroom to enhance the shopping experience.

You will provide support via the hotline, including responding to messages, addressing customer questions or concerns, providing estimates based on their specific needs and requirements and scheduling site visits for customers.

You will attend to the client requests for servicing and coordinate the scheduling with our service team.

In addition, you will maintain records on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, ensuring accurate documentation.
