• Manage the end-to-end process of video production, from conceptualization and scripting to filming, editing, and post-production.
• Plan and execute social media content calendars across various platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
• Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries or comments in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including admissions, communications, and academic departments, to gather content and ensure alignment with school objectives. Project manage activities across all channels from planning to review and approval while managing shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Source, edit and design content for print and production such as prospectus, annual report, alumni magazine, donor magazine and/or yearbooks.
• Design visually appealing graphics and artwork using Photoshop or other graphic design software.
• Plan, manage and execute media outreach campaigns to promote the school to online marketing and news channels, preparing press releases, advertorials or other related materials as needed.
• Assist in the development and execution events and special occasions such as anniversary celebrations, fundraising dinners, alumni and annual community events.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content creation and digital marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Design, or related field.
• Proven experience in content creation, video production, and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong command of the English language, with exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content for various platforms.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Previous experience in the education sector or working with schools is a plus.
• Flexibility in working hours due to some out-of-hours events, e.g. Open House, information evenings, school road shows, etc.
