This is a full time role for a Sales Marketing Manager (Freight Forwarding) located in Jalan Kilang. Our client is in the logistics industry. This role focuses on securing new customers, maintaining revenue from existing accounts, and balancing new business development (50%) with account management (50%). Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, delivering tailored logistics solutions, managing cross-trade business, and supporting network shipments. Key tasks involve preparing quotations, RFQs, SOPs, and maintaining strong carrier relationships. Collaboration with Customer Service and Operations ensures smooth execution, while regular reporting to the Managing Director and Sales Manager keeps management updated on progress and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/ Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or in a discipline related to Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
• More than 5 years Sales experience in 3rd Party Logistics & distribution and / or Freight forwarding / or warehousing.
• Experience with a good sense of hunting in developing new sales opportunities or having the experience in Key Account Management.
• Ability to understand customers’ expectations and make value proposition to customers.

Job Description:

• Key driver for development and implementation of comprehensive BreadTalk IHQ Mall marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness for the mall, increase footfall, and promote business growth for mall tenants
• Plan, propose, and execute branding and marketing campaigns, including A&P related activities, digital media and corporate and influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Ensure the timely production and delivery of all marketing collaterals
• Coordinate event and advertising space bookings within IHQ, ensuring adherence to guidelines with internal and external tenants
• Create engaging content and digital assets for a variety of platforms such as internal staff communications and social media for BreadTalk Group and BreadTalk IHQ Mall
• Plan and oversee the content calendar for website and social media platforms.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on Group corporate communications initiatives, media management, CSR programmes and sustainability efforts
• Assist with crisis relations as part of corporate communications responsibilities
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance marketing effectiveness
• Manage corporate channels, media and IHQ mailboxes and notify internal stakeholders of any pressing matters that need to be addressed
• Collect data, generate reports (e.g. campaign performance reports, media reports), and extract insights for future optimisations
• Support in monitoring and optimising department’s budget utilisation
• Perform administrative tasks such as managing corporate channels, maintaining Group corporate archives, and coordinating with vendors for timely production
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• 3 - 4 years of good Integrated Communications/ Marketing track record in similar capacity or field including but not limited to FMCG, F&B, fashion, and retail industries.

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute seasonal promotions and launches.
