Job description:

• Develop trade and marketing strategies to achieve company business objectives.

• Work with and partner the sales team in developing sales and marketing strategies, ensuring department goals are met and sales targets achieved.

• Prepare annual marketing plans for the Sales and Marketing team

• Work closely with S&OP team on demand planning and forecast

• To achieve top-line sales and bottom-line profitability of brands

• To lead market penetration for new launches and skilled in multi-channel marketing

• Conduct scheduled business reviews with senior management and principals.

Requirement:

• Degree in Marketing or related discipline

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Knowledge of digital marketing from customer acquisition to customer conversion and loyalty

• Experienced in developing and presenting omni-channel marketing plans.

• Understanding of local and regional consumer insights

• Experienced in marketing within the indications of ophthalmology and dental is preferrable

• Assisting the store manager in all areas of daily business operations, human resources, customer service and merchandising.
• Coordinating, monitoring and reporting on daily operations.

Job Responsibilities:

· Prepare Sales presentation materials and solution demonstrations to the clients.

· Understand and prepare technical and commercial proposal by collaborating with various internal teams.

· Collaborate with business consultant and pre-sales to develop customer capture plan and ensure winning proposal strategy.

· Co-ordinates the formulation of price quotations and solution proposals, submission of sales contracts for orders and maintenance of customer records

· Performs follow-up actions to close sales, and monitor payment fulfillment activities

· Applies a consultative sales approach to propose the most appropriate solutions to address the needs of clients

· Describe Software Product and explain how each Solution will work

· Update your manager about the daily action summary

· Provide projections by studying sales trends and forward tracking reports to the manager

OBJECTIVE / PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The principal objective of FSM is to achieve budgets for their Allocated Territory by generating opportunities both from existing & new accounts.

This requires the FSM to

• maintain list of accounts (existing & potential) which have decision making within their territory
• use prescribed tools & processes to improve and increase FaceTime
• work on creating opportunity pipelines in excess of the territory budgets/ hit rates

KEY ACTIVITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Deliver GP Budgets for the Territory;
• Act strategically to achieve personal and overall group success;
• Identify and build relationships with clients within the territory, especially those clients who meet our preferred client criteria;
• commit client base and key stakeholders, both internal and external;
• Meet FaceTime targets as agreed for the Territory by visits, phone calls and direct mail, to both new prospects and existing customers;
• Build & maintain opportunity pipelines in excess of the territory budgets/ hit rates;
• promptly work upon and register opportunities generated in CRM;
• Use Geodis Selling processes to understand customer needs, keep updated with new sailings/routings/solutions in the market to provide client solutions that bring value to their clients supply chains;
• Document and distribute internally relevant customer information;
• Contact customers and handle customer inquiries and customer problems;
• Work according to GSP tools;
• Work closely together with sales colleagues and related functions in order to maximize sales potentials and help meet the total organisation’s business goals;
• Handling complaints and trouble shooting;

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

• Minimum 4 years’ experience with documented sales record
• Sales experience and working knowledge of the international transportation and logistics industry
• Familiarity with the financial aspects of the relevant local economy as well as international market conditions and trends, and international business issues, including currency factors and cultural differences
• Good computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft office etc
• Fluent in local language, comfortable in English and other languages (in order to handle complaints and trouble shooting requested by local and other different language speaking clients)
• Presentation techniques, comfortable with meeting and presenting for groups 2-3 people
• Knowledge of Geodis tools
• Knowledge of company goals and strategies
