Job Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Identify digital marketing needs of potential clients and suggest appropriate solutions
• Seek out and secure meetings with key decision markers
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and goals

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Prior experience in a B2B sales-oriented role is preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate proactive initiative in identifying and cultivating new sources of leads
• Excels in multitasking and managing priorities within a dynamic, fast-paced setting
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results

Job Remuneration:

• Basic (SGD 2.3k - 3.5k)
• Commission
• Transport allowances
• Quarterly bonuses

• Recording day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process.
• Maintaining general ledgers (GL) and subsidiary ledgers (accounts payable, accounts receivable).
• Managing cash flow records and ensuring proper documentation for all transactions.
• Reconciling bank statements with company records on a regular basis.
• Ensuring that all financial discrepancies are identified and resolved.
• Reconciling intercompany accounts, credit card statements, and other financial transactions.
• Managing incoming invoices and ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
• Tracking customer payments, following up on overdue accounts, and issuing reminders.
• Maintaining up-to-date accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

REQUIRMENT :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field (for entry-level positions)
• Experience with accounting software
