As a marketing support executive, you will collaborate with brand marketing, business development and sales team in all stages of marketing campaigns execution. You will help to maintain and expand our marketing channels, promote brand awareness, enhance lead generation and engagement activities. While there will be supervision and guidance, the role requires someone who has initiative, creative, eager to learn and willing to try. The role will report to and assist the Brand Marketing Manager in the execution of brand marketing related activities.

Job Descriptions

• Support all brand and marketing related activities, from day-to-day planning, project coordination and implementation of strategic B2B marketing plans to create brand awareness, drive lead generation and engagement. (e.g. social media marketing, email marketing, networking events, trade show & etc)
• Assist to create promotional materials for various distribution channels both online and offline.
• Manage and update the company database and customer relationship management.
• Manage sponsorship activities and corporate gifts preparation.
• Assist to maintain and upgrade company accreditation to enhance company’s competitive edge.
• Perform market analysis and research on competitors.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for Paid Social Media Advertising on US TIKTOK platform. Develop and implement strategies to create eye-catching content to improve performance and increase campaign traffic.

•Responsible for promoting Company application product on US TIKTOK platform and selecting quality cooperative influencer/KOL to achieve promotion cooperation

•Assisting in the content production process.

•Collaborate and liaise with influencer/KOL, writing scripts, creating attention-grabbing content, and scheduling content publishing on TIKTOK platforms.

•Keep abreast of emerging trends and make appropriate recommendations for effective promotion and product placement.

•Collaborate with influencers / KOL to come up with the concept of ad creatives required for product placement.

•Data-driven mindset to measure, analyses, and report the traffic performance of TIKTOP ad.

•Analyse metrics cyclically to determine the output and value of TIKTOK content. Use data as a critical planning tool to refine strategy and tactic.

Marketing Assistant ( Maternity cover Jan 2024 to Mar 2024)

• Assist with website and collateral developments from brief, content development to final production including liaising with external parties such as cross-functional teams, partners and vendors
• Provide writing and editing support for simple marketing assets – social media captions, signages, eDM, web banners etc
• Execute simple design adaptations using Canva, photoshop or other designing tools will be advantageous
• Take ownership in establishing and maintaining a good workflow with involved parties.
• Ensure consistent adherence to Corporate Identity guidelines of the assigned brand/s
• Manage the campaign performance tracking and reporting; contribute with recommendations
• Assist in tracking marketing calendar and budget to ensure campaigns and expenses are on track.
