Assume a role in Client Servicing and Account Management, focused on fully supporting Senior Sales Manager, maintain business relationships with referrers and external salespeople.

Core Responsibilities:

• Serve as main contact point for referrers and external salespeople
• Gather, organise and verify financial documents for loan processing and disbursement
• When necessary, follow-up with salespeople for customer’s documentations
• Monitor and update loan application approval statuses
• Handle negotiation requests and feedback
• Process and monitor insurance renewal and vehicle leasing cases
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Senior Sales Manager

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent
• At least 1 year experience in the client servicing and processing role in the automotive industry
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable with number crunching
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to identify and effectively solve problems
