• Support local clients with pricing, catalogues and project specification support
• Achieve annual sales targets and assist in tender for projects
• Attend to sales enquiries and prepare quotations
• Marketing - Grow new leads, including marketing, by calls to action and meet potential clients
• Sales – Understand client’s requirements and prepare quotations, follow up, and secure sales
• Execution – Monitor, deliver and invoice to clients
• Payment - responsible for payment follow-up and collection

Requirements:

• Goals driven and hands-on in executing key measures
• High level of reliability and personal integrity
• Experience in the Painting & Renovation industry will be an added advantage
• Good interpersonal skill, presentation and communication skills self motivated, technical inclined
• Knowledge of sustainability construction an advantage.
• Minimum ‘O’ level
• Minimum 3 years of Singapore sales experience in construction related.
• Must have driving licence (Class 2 or 3)

Responsibilities :

• Attend to sales enquiries and prepare quotation to follow up with customers.
• Assist sales manager to prepare materials for presentation to prospective customers.
• Assist to provide sales/technical support to customers.
• Planning and co-ordinate all sales/projects processes.
• Assist to co-ordinate and schedule products demo sessions for managers.
• Apply basic negotiation skills and techniques.
• To uphold high organisational values and ensure business ethics and integrity.

Requirements :

• Minimum Nitec / ITE , Certificate in office skills or equavalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Establish good business relationships for customer confidence.
• Respond/Resolve customers’ concerns and feedback promptly.
• Ability to multi-tasks for all administrative tasks assisgned from time to time.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Training will be provided for those without experience.
