JOB BRIEF

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales for the company’s designed innovative and high-quality luxury lighting products for clients in various industries such as hospitality, retail, residential, and commercial spaces, generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating sales, meeting sales targets, and maintaining clients’ information.

The primary focus will be identifying potential clients, cultivating strong relationships, understanding their lighting needs, creating excellent sales pitches, meeting new clients, fostering good relationships to maintain future sales, and providing tailored solutions to meet clients’ requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

1) A degree in marketing, preferably in the lighting industry or related field.

2) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences, good negotiation and problem-solving skills, and ability to gauge client needs.

3) Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for the company and the client. Experience working in sales and with a charismatic personality.

Roles and Job Description: To boost sales and increase market share through the following ways:

Drive sales through the reach and network of existing customer database;

Find new channels and markets in re-seller market for distribution;

Research and recommend company's products to potential customers more effectively and efficiently;- Explore and negotiate with customers to generate the best possible sales outcomes;

Manage and track sales timelines, project management and budget;

Stay abreast of competition in an attempt to find and maintain a competitive edge.

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

Ability to excel under pressure

Good verbal and written communication skills

Good Interpersonal skills

Business Acumen with some level of strategic thinking

Possess experience in the areas of Sales, Communications, Marketing

Comany Vehicle provided (advantage if prossess own Vehicle)

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field will be an advantage for this position.

Proficient with MS Office and Social Media platforms (advantage)

Responsibilities:

· Identify new market opportunities and generate new sales leads

· Follow up on sales funnel and ensure successful completion of projects with prompt customer service and satisfaction

· Plan and develop sales plans to achieve sales objectives & monthly sales target

· Manage entire sales cycle from pre-sales discussion with customers, prepare quotations, negotiate orders, contract review to post-sales support

· Develop and conduct presentations explaining products and provide product knowledge to new and existing clientele

· Provide technical & sales support to key clientele like Architects, Lighting Consultants, Interior Designers, Landscape Designers and M&E Consultants

· Maintain and develop trusting long-term relationships with new and existing customers through understanding their business activity and needs

· Promote and represent the company professionally at trade exhibitions, events and product demonstrations

· Prepare reports and forecasts as and when requested by the management in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in any Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical/ Building Engineering

· Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in building industry preferred

· Strong passion in sales and highly driven to achieve targets

· Enjoy working with a dynamic team and able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment

· Meticulous and ability to multi-task with good organisation skills

· Possess strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills

· Good problem-solving skills and ability to work as a team

· Good track record in project sales and large tender preparation

· Applicants without sales experience but with good working attitude and willing to learn will also be considered

You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. Selling large format printing services and digital signage solution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets

• Responsible for achieving individual sales targets set by the company.

• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports.

• Manage other administrative matters. (Eg. prepare quotation)
