Responsibilities

• Oversee operations to ensure smooth transactions, efficient customer service and high quality of service
• Oversee planning and management of appointment slots for unit installations and service maintenance
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment, working closely with management to indent parts and units required for operations
• Assist in customer support efforts through handling customer inquiries, following up on sales leads, and customer aftercare
• Consolidate and report key sales and operation indicators, working closely with management to provide constructive feedback

Skills Required

• Minimum Diploma
• Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license
• Operations/Logistics management experience

Other Requirements

• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player with positive work attitude
• Takes initiative and has a strong sense of accountability
• Possess strong customer service skills

Estimated Salary: $2650 to $3200

Sales

• Be proficient in our company products. Learn constantly.
• Research for potential customers via internet and social media platform.
• Visit and present the company products to customers.
• Make quotation and enter sales order.
• Able to travel to Thailand and Vietnam.

Product marketing

• Be an expert in the in-charged products.
• Make quotation to customers and fellow sales.
• Conduct product training to customers and fellow sales
