• Collaborate with retail partners on their advertising/communication campaigns, promotional events
• Plan, coordinate and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders, including Sales and Retail team, vendors, caterers, and contractors for all activations to drive sales and footfall to the boutique
• Responsible for regular update of advertising print calendar, monthly Marketing Activities Report for submission to HQ, along with Media monitoring and updating of PR Reports
• Monitor industry trends and developments, customer behaviour, competitors’ campaigns and best practices, to identify growth opportunities, improvements to strategies and relevancy to our target audience
• Ensure activities are maintained within budget allocated, update monthly Expense Tracker and ensure compliance of financial regulations (i.e. submission of invoices for payment processing)
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned to support the overall marketing team and business needs

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business and/or Digital Marketing
• At least 2 years of experience in a luxury brand; high-end fashion, beauty and/or watch industry will be a plus
• Possess knowledge of integrated (digital and traditional) marketing campaigns
• Strong aesthetic flair, proficient but not limited to in SNS platforms, MS Office, Meta, Google Business and Adobe Programs (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
• Project management and multi-tasking capabilities to adapt and work in a dynamic environment
• Innovative, detail-oriented and resourceful team player with an ability to adapt and problem solve

Position Overview:
A Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading and executing high-level digital
marketing strategies across multiple platforms. This role involves a more strategic approach in
marketing activities and planning, as well as requires extensive experience in digital marketing, and
advanced analytics. The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will work with marketing team to develop
strategies that align with business objectives and with the sales team to assist in business planning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search
engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
• Manage PPC campaigns on Google and social media platforms.
• Optimize campaigns to achieve business goals, including lead generation, customer
acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Work out promotional campaigns, webinar planning and execution to support sales team.
• Coordinate with ASEAN marketers to roll out digital marketing campaigns per schedule.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google
Analytics and other digital marketing software.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights and make datadriven improvements.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends,
opportunities, and risks.
• Use insights to inform marketing strategies and provide recommendations for improving
market positioning.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with significant experience leading successful
campaigns across multiple markets, preferably in the ASEAN region.
• Proven results in growing brand awareness, lead generation, and sales through digital and
social media channels.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital analytics tools.
• Expertise in social media marketing, content creation, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns and
improve performance.
• Creativity and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.

• Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and advanced analytics techniques.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, video editing, and web development basics.

• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• The Sales Executive will manage his/her Sales Channel and reports directly to the CEO
• Develop effective sales strategy to grow existing accounts as well as identifying new channel opportunities to drive incremental sales
• To work closely with customers and build long term relationship
• To handle customers’ feedbacks professionally
• To work closely with the sales team in achieving the sales objective for the month, quarter and year.
