• Engage in consultative selling to understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, cross-sell and up-sell where applicable, and provide expert advice to add value to the client relationship.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular updates, product introductions, and follow-ups to maintain engagement and encourage loyalty.
• Collaborate with clients to co-create engineering solutions, drawing on technical knowledge to address unique client challenges effectively.
• Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure and post-sales support, ensuring smooth transitions and consistent customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver compelling, customized presentations and proposals that highlight product features and technical advantages to meet client needs.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to proactively address client needs and differentiate company products.
• Develop accurate cost estimates, tenders, and proposals for client projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical and/or engineering sales preferably in refineries/petrochemical plants/pharmaceutical plants or related industries.
• Possess own vehicle
