This internship position supports our dsm-firmenich business units primarily with the following activities:
Your key responsibilities
- Digital Marketing and Content Creation: Support digital marketing campaigns through content creation, copywriting, and design. Prepare marketing collaterals, presentation decks, concepts, and prototypes for sales enablement. Contribute to internal communication initiatives, such as internal publications and town hall planning.
- Commercial Analysis and Support: Conduct market mapping to identify potential opportunities for the sales and commercial teams. Assist in analyzing sales leakage data to uncover actionable insights and opportunities. Handle quotations for Global Key Accounts, ensuring compliance with contracts and providing justifications.
- Event and Process Management: Assist in event planning, including publicity, product displays, giveaways, lead management, and reporting.
- Support the Commercial Team with process excellence, updates, and sales team training.
- Contribute to distributor excellence initiatives by developing tools and guidelines.
- Data Analysis and Profitability Assessment: Analyze profitability classes for product families to guide market strategies. Gather, analyze, and synthesize data to support decision-making processes.
You bring
- Full-time availability with a minimum commitment of four months, preferably six months.
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in marketing, business, communications, visual arts, or a related field (e.g., nutrition, food science).
- Proficiency in English with additional Asian language skills (e.g., Japanese, Korean, Bahasa) preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.
- Comfort with data analysis, making assumptions, and presenting findings effectively.
