Job Description:

• Develop and conceptualize digital marketing strategies and plans

• Oversee and execute digital and social media marketing campaigns and content

• Collaborate with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) for various campaigns

You will support and work in partnership with the local teams across several countries towards the ultimate objective of increase branding and communication both internally and externally:

· Supporting Marketing & PR activities for the Hub, including for Japan market

· Supporting on the content for external and internal communication

· Maintaining the intranet, gathering and creation of content on Distributed Generation (articles, illustrations, slides, internal network publications, videos etc), including liaising with the DG organization and REN / GRP

· Ensuring main DG APAC documents are easily accessible for a newcomer

· Putting in place new communication tools to facilitate onboarding and information sharing (virtual visits, surveys, videos etc)

· Coordinating events (sharing sessions, webinars etc)

Completing other projects and tasks as assigned

Requirement

INTRODUCTION

As the functional lead, you are responsible for supporting the success of the APJ field and partner marketers by helping to identify development opportunities and supporting team members to achieve their goals.

Lead Management - Strong understanding of internal lead management systems in order to oversee proper access and management of leads and to empower teams to improve lead development, quality and flow throughout the customer buying cycle. Review reports to understand the impact of marketing programs on pipeline health and to follow-up on necessary actions to drive alignment with relevant business stakeholders and manage escalations proactively
• Planning ½ to 1 year with quarterly adjustments

• Bachelor's degree. MBA/Master´s degree or equivalent preferred.

Job Descriptions

Operations Role

· Handle customer and supplier orders management, delivery/ shipping arrangement and billing process

· Process Works Orders / Sales Orders and raise purchase requisition

· Generate Maintenance Service contracts.

· Inventory management. Involve in Stock take

· Work closely with other departments (Sales, Technical Support and Finance team) to ensure customer orders/ requirements are fulfilled in timely manner.

Marketing Role

· Build company branding and increase media exposure

· Responsible for the generation of content, advertising and marketing communications across all media platforms and sites.

· Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and publishing engaging content and analyzing performance metrics.

· Plan and execute campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search, and display advertising.

· Work closely with vendors on marketing activities, follow ups on administrative processes and leads.

Job Requirement

· Diploma in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management

· Diploma in Mass communication and Marketing or equivalent

· Min 2-3 years experiences in Operations and corporate branding, digital marketing, social media marketing and content creation

· Minimum 3 years of related experience in similar role
