About the candidate

Job Description

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue and market share targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other business partners
• Grow revenue contribution from key accounts through various sales and pricing strategies
• Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and customer demands to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly
• Conduct analysis on sales data and keep up to date with market trends and consumer behaviour to benefit sales development
• Develop and manage the sales department's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and a positive return on investment.
• Ensure that all sales activities comply with industry regulations and the Company's policies
• Work closely with the marketing department to coordinate sales and marketing efforts, including promotions, advertising, and customer engagement activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in airline sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to negotiate, good leadership and team management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, partners, and internal teams
• Ability to analyse market data, sales data, and pricing to make informed decisions
