• Create a variety of ongoing promotional activities to increase revenues. These can include daily specials, coupons, discounts, a loyalty restaurant that encourages repeat dining, desserts and drinks. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years Experienced in B2B FMCG sales especially with wholesalers, supermarkets, Indian restaurants etc
• Comprehensive knowledge of different types North & South Indian cuisines (Vegetarian & Non-Vegetarian) is highly preferred
• Must have experience in Indian catering.
• Comprehensive knowledge in Indian Food culture and techniques
• 2A/2B/ Class 3 compulsory. Preferably posses own transport. (Required to travel from time to time)
• Willing to do rotating shift and multi tasking is required
• Able to work long hours and available especially on weekends and public holidays in line with business needs, the flexibility to work late evenings with prolonged period of standing (strictly off day on weekdays)
• Ability to work under pressure and fit into work culture
• Deep understanding of category terminology, market trends and industry

Job Responsibilities:

1. Channel Development & Management:

• Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with key retail partners to expand sales channels.

2. Retail Promoter Management & Training:
