Your responsibilities will include:

Business Operations:

• Providing support for ongoing business operations, presentations and reports.
• Assisting in the coordination of meetings, events and workshops.
• Collaborating with team members to help grow Catalyse.
• Handling any other requests as deemed appropriate by the Director of Strategy.

Content Creation and Research:

• Utilising advanced research skills to gather and synthesise complex information.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing innovative ideas.
• Create visually appealing designs for a range of training and marketing materials.
• Ensure a consistent visual identity aligned with brand guidelines.
• Utilising digital marketing tools/analytics to evaluate and improve company reach.

Responsibilities

• Brand promo activities/packaging artworks editing, managing advertising and promotion
• Support as in house designer for urgent packaging editing/new POSMs creation etc
• Website maintenance/editing (ensuring website information is up to date)
• To support in development and planning of new products with the mission of taking a product from concept to commercialization
• To support ad hoc marketing activities whenever possible.

Requirements

• Relevant Experience in the same capacity
• Knowledge on using illustrator/photoshops for design of artworks/POSMs/editing package
• Social media knowledge/experience will be added advantage
