Job Description:

• Participates in marketing projects and duties assigned by the HOD.
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat).
• Launch optimised online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook to increase company and brand awareness.
• Be actively involved in SEO efforts (e.g., keyword, image optimisation).
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends);
• Supports Digital Marketing department in all necessary content creation and execution, including promotional collaterals, e-newsletter, social media graphic content and web banners.
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
• Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
• Provides a full range of support including assistance with scheduling, word processing, and etc.
• Liaising with overseas agents.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the HOD and/or President.

Job requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Marketing or Mass Communications.
• One or two years of relevant working experience, preferably in private education institute.
• Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
• Proficient in Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc. WordPress.
• Knowledge in photo taking and video editing will be an added advantage.
• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality.

Summary:

As the Product Marketing Specialist, you are responsible in driving successful products go-to-market, achieving both marketing objectives and business targets. You possess deep understanding in the industry and trends, along with excellent knowledge in 360 marketing, from traditional to modern approach. You will be a product expert domain with passion in everything technology. You will be working with the product team closely to come up with GTM plans, designing product line-up, identification of target audience and sales channels, setting pricing and promotions.

The Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute overall GTM strategy to drive alignment of local go-to-market products plans based on global marketing direction
• Work in close collaboration with sales and marketing to achieve GTM targets
• Gather and analyze actionable consumer and market insights to integrate with marketing planning
• Copywrite, develop and maintain marketing materials to support all communications
• Plan and coordinate vendor and marketing development funds to support overall marketing activities
• Coordinate marketing support to business development and sales teams

The Requirement:

• Degree in Marketing or relevant faculties
• Possesses strong understanding of retail, events, and digital marketing

We are inviting candidates for the position of:

Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct post-campaign analysis and identify opportunities to improve the overall performance of eStore on Samsung.com
• Support the Performance Marketing Lead in covering the overall campaign performance in SEA & Oceania
• Analyse customer journey and campaign data using Analytics tools and provide insights to improve online conversions across all channels (e.g: organic, paid search, social, etc)
• Monitor and strategize paid campaigns (e.g: Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and regularly provide actionable recommendations to clients
• Track pre-defined KPIs and collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to exceed goals and targets.
• Provide clients with campaign reports and insights under a holistic approach, taking into account product, price, promotion and channel execution
• Responsible for monthly tracking of campaign performance and delivering strategical solutions for e-Commerce growth
• Be proactive in communicating and putting forward new ideas, finding solutions to client’s business needs, monitoring competitor activity, industry trends and bringing fresh thinking/innovation

Key Requirements:

• Min 3 years of hands on experience planning and executing digital campaigns either in-house or agency, preferably in e-Commerce.
• Proven record of optimizing a digital media campaign.
• Hands on experience in paid advertising and conversion rate optimization (including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Programmatic DV360) and other media platforms (CRM)
• Strong knowledge of Web Analytic tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
• Knowledge of e-Commerce structure and operations preferred (UI/UX, SKU listing, payment, logistic, analytics)
• Analytical who’s able to back up their ideas and decisions with data-driven solutions
• Great communication and client management skills – Understand client’s day-to-day needs (briefs) and work closely with the team to deliver projects in a timely and accurate manner
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills – know how to sell a mid-level idea to clients, pushing back when necessary for the overall good of the project delivery
