Role & Responsibilities:
Achieve sales and profit goals through developing and implementing business and marketing plans.
Develop and implement promotional trade plans that drive sales and market share growth.
Develop strong working relationship with brand owners and suppliers.
Establish collaborative retailer/supplier relationships to maximise income/terms/discounts to improve sales and profitability of category.
Take ownership of the product inventory management process, ensuring good supply while reducing shrinkage.
Prepare business reports and analysis.
Work closely with key account and field sales team to ensure first in class execution of instore activities.
Work with advertising agencies, promoter agencies and instore POSM suppliers to execute strong brand activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the FMCG or retail industry, in sales/key account/product management.
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or relevant discipline.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Good Microsoft office skills.
Excellent stakeholders management.
