9) Prepare and send quotes and proposals and manage the sales process through the sales order processing system. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for regular review and analysis.

10) Deep understanding of lighting technologies, trends, and applications, with the ability to provide technical advice, and create compelling sales pitches and solutions to clients.

11) Build and maintain the client database and meet the monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

1) A degree in marketing, preferably in the lighting industry or related field.

2) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences, good negotiation and problem-solving skills, and ability to gauge client needs.

3) Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for the company and the client. Experience working in sales and with a charismatic personality.

4) Work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, possess a good and positive working attitude, and reach out to potential clients to inform them about our products and services.

3.Marketing Apps Maintenance

• Perform on-page SEO optimization including meta tags, headers, image alt text, and internal linking.

Social Media Management:

Salary and Benefits

The salary is dependent on your capability, experience and skills. The typical starting salary is SGD 7,000 to SGD 18,000 per month for a driven candidate plus up to twelve month's bonus salary, or more, with a minimum bonus salary of one month.
