• Evaluate and manage vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales) and partner alliances to align event goals with company objectives. Act as the main contact point for event-related inquiries.
• Provide hands-on support during events, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless execution.
• Gather feedback, create reports to measure success, and follow up on sales leads to ensure ROI.
• Manage schedules, databases, and budgets. Align event strategies with broader marketing goals.
• Contribute innovative ideas for events and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure all events align with the company’s branding guidelines.

Requirements:

• Studies in Business Management, Marketing, Events Management, or related field.
• Prior experience or internships in event planning or coordination preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with IT or system integration industries is a plus.
