Sales Coordinator

• Location: Kaki Bukit (Office) 5-Days work week
• Working hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)
• Salary: S$2,000 - $ 2,800 (depends on exp)

Job Scope:

• Direct reporting to Sales Manager for daily paper works, co-ordination, and other assigned jobs.
• Answering phone calls, do filing, check and print e-mails.
• Printing of tender specifications and drawings, pick up the quantities from drawings.
• Assisting in compilation of catalogues and presentation slides.
• Extend quotation for existing tenders to clients.
• Co-ordination work with suppliers and clients for samples and catalogue submission.
• Co-ordination with project team on confirm projects for execution.

Requirements:

• Able to work overtime when require.
• Able to start work immediate or within short notice

• Developing engaging, audience-focused content consistent with the organisation’s brand, style, and tone, according to the defined growth and content strategy.
• Repurposing the content for optimal distribution and engagement in both offline and online channels.
• Conceptualising and communicating design ideas, and collaborating with designers to implement your ideas
• Distributing content across multiple online and offline channels including training, website, social media, and others
• Managing the content production process including collaborating with cross-function teams and external resources to create content, conducting editorial review, optimising content for users and search engine, coordinating compliance review, etc.
• Monitoring and reporting on content marketing metrics and show continuous improvement of the content strategy based on analytics.

A Sales Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting the success of an organization. They are the leader in coordinating the day-to-day activities of the sales representatives and ensuring that they are meeting their goals. The sales supervisor must work closely with the store manager, general manager, and production manager to communicate changing customer needs. As a liaison between the organization and the customers, the production supervisor must anticipate changing customer needs and design products that meet such needs.

Sales Supervisor Job Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of the sales team including marketing activities like product activations.
• Assist the line manager to recruit, training, enumerating, and retaining a competent sales team.
• Provide reports to top management like sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaints reports, and new customers’ on-boarded reports.
• Prepare sales presentations and other sales tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related course with emphasis on marketing.
