What will I be doing?

The Director of Sales is responsible for developing a commercial strategy covering all managed room segments (IBT, IT, GT, CMTG, GOV), including residential and non-residential business to maximize the hotel’s total revenue. Your new role

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will actively develop new prospects and maintain existing business accounts, prepare and deliver presentations on company products and services, conduct market research to identify selling opportunities, and prepare proposals and quotations. You will close profitable business deals, record and analyse monthly sales trends, coordinate with internal departments for order fulfilment, respond to customer enquiries, offer effective solutions, and liaise with customers on sales enquiries, price negotiations, and quality issues.
