Managing Projects and Priorities

• Collaborate with Senior Director - Brand Marketing, to develop a robust full-year marketing plan that prioritizes Brand presence and accomplish desired outcomes for the luxury brands. Ensure alignment with VP-Brand and Global Brand Leaders.

Style & Design

• Partner with GDAP lead to ensure brand strategy is executed in design for new builds, conversions and renovations projects.
• Partner with Brand Activation and Standards team, DDO team, F&B team to deliver on-brand Guestroom, F&B, Spa, M+E experiences.
• Provides guidance on design related aspects of experience programming (sensory experience elements, look books) and engage with Regional operations team and hotels to execute flawlessly.

Marketing & PR

• Is responsible for developing and executing effective brand marketing programs that achieve/surpass brand and continent performance goals.
• Is responsible for executing customer-facing brand communications, not limited to brand-voice copywriting, use of the various assets and materials to ensure on-brand communication style.

Job Summary

Join our team as a Marketing Intern and dive into an exciting adventure where you'll gain hands-on experience in the vibrant world of marketing! Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative ideas and write scripts for social media content
• Create, direct, record, and edit engaging video content for social media platforms
• Craft compelling social media posts
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms
• Help manage and grow our social media presence by scheduling posts, interacting with followers, and analyzing engagement metrics
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to inform marketing strategies

Requirements

• Willing to commit to a 4 to 6 months internship
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, 小红书)
• Proficiency in video editing skills (CapCut and/or Premiere Pro)
• Basic design skills (Canva/Illustrator/Photoshop)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail in content creation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
