• Client Acquisition, Identify and acquire new clients, maintaining strong relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Market Research, Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Sales Presentations, Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Team Management, Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales goals.
• Performance Tracking, Monitor and report on sales performance, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
• Customer Service, Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Assistant Sales Manager in the logistics & Transport industry.
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Class 3 or Class 4 DL preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
