• Manage and lead discussions with creative, other agencies on all the content, marketing materials required for SP initiatives
• Liaises with internal and external parties to ensure all SP messages are aligned with Thomson brand guidelines
• Monitors industry trends, tools and customer insights to stay current and competitive
• Track and analyse program performance and KPIs to ensure business goals are achieved
• Develop high-impact, integrative marketing solutions and communications strategies aligned with business goals and customer engagement, to drive Win-Win outcomes with SP
• Uphold the corporate profile and branding of the organisation
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, IT, Finance, Hospital and Specialist Clinics stakeholders; and external partners and vendors
• Measure and report performance of all marketing activities against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Supports the department in managing profit & loss of Strategic Partnerships, including managing budgets and tapping on existing resources within the group to deliver business growth
• Undertake any other initiatives, new business or tasks as assigned by the reporting Manager and/or HOD

REQUIREMENTS

• Marketing or any related discipline.
• Min 3 years’ experience in marketing and/or partnerships
• Experience in agile working environment is preferred
• Experience in healthcare or banking related industries is desired, but not necessary
• Strong interpersonal skills is necessary
• Excellent command of the English language with strong writing, speaking and presentation skills
• Strategic thinker with strong critical thinking and project management skills
• Energetic, driven, adaptable, has good initiative and is able to multi-task and cope well when working under pressure and against tight timelines
• Meticulous with details and able to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with different levels of staff within and across institutions
• Able to multitask and adapt quickly to changes

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth targets in the telecommunications sector.

· Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer retention and satisfaction.

· Lead the sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closure.

· Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and product) to align sales strategies with business goals.

· Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and progress against targets.

· Drive account planning activities and develop tailored solutions to address client-specific needs.

· Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to optimize performance and exceed sales targets.

· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand visibility and expand the client base.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Telecommunications, or a related field.

· Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the telecommunications industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.

· Strong understanding of telecommunications products, solutions, and emerging technologies.

· Results-driven individual with leadership capabilities and the ability to manage a high-performing sales team.
