Responsibilities:

• Oversee the sales of flat steel products and drive business expansion into international markets.
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing mills and customers while identifying and engaging potential clients to develop new business opportunities.
• Proactively manage customer relationships to ensure their needs and expectations are consistently met.
• Implement business strategies set by management to boost steel product sales.
• Track market trends and competitive intelligence to uncover new sales opportunities and take decisive actions to enhance sales performance.
• Prepare detailed reports and deliver presentations as required.
• Conduct market research, analyze data, and provide recommendations to capitalize on opportunities, maximize profits, and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in steel merchandising and trading.
• In-depth knowledge of steel products, including Hot Rolled Coil, Cold Rolled Coil, and Galvanized products (GI).
• At least 3 years of experience in a multinational company.
• A well-established network of industry contacts and customers, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
• Strategic thinking capabilities, strong business acumen, and a results-oriented approach.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel as necessary for business purposes.
