• Assist in creating the sales message of the company and send the newsletters, promotional information to prospective clients, maintain and update content on company’s website and social media platforms
• Assist in office administrative tasks
• Ad-hoc sales support as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Marketing/ Business Administration and equivalent
• Knowledge with photo and video editing software (e.g Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Good command of English in writing
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients in view of business communications
• Preferably 1-2 years of working experiences in related position

• We work on Monday to Friday(8:30am to 5:30pm), Alternate Saturday (8:30am to 1:30pm)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
• Manage all aspects of internal and external communication, including content creation, and social media strategies.
• Lead brand positioning efforts to enhance market presence and drive customer engagement.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with sales and operational goals.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using data-driven insights.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns effectively.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative strategies to keep the brand competitive.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the health & wellness industry, with a track record of success in leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop compelling campaigns and strategies.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM, email marketing, social media platforms).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
