We are seeking a Sales Manager to oversee the sales operations of our fashion apparel pop-up stall. The Sales Manager will develop sales strategies, manage sales staff, and ensure that the pop-up stall meets its sales targets and profitability goals. The successful candidate will have a passion for fashion, a proven track record in sales management, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to meet sales targets and profitability goals for the fashion apparel pop-up stall.
• Managed and trained sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and achieved sales targets.
• Set and monitor sales targets for individual staff members and the pop-up stall as a whole.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed business decisions.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the fashion design team to ensure that the product offering aligns with customer preferences and fashion trends.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Ensure that the pop-up stall is visually appealing and attractive to customers.
• Monitor and report on sales performance to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a retail or fashion environment.
• Passion for fashion and knowledge of the latest fashion trends.
• Strong leadership and management skills.

• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Requirement:

Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off

Responsibilities:

• Identify prospective customers through personal sourcing, leads from existing clients, participation in organizations, and roadshows and events attendance.

• Sell and arrange for delivery, insurance, financing, or service contracts for products.
• Process leasing sales through preparation of sales agreements and relevant sales documentation, liaising between customers and internal departments to ensure successful sale.
