Event Planning & Coordination Support

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing a range of events, including product launches, corporate seminars, and client events. Support logistics by helping select venues, preparing event schedules, and coordinating with vendors to ensure quality services. Prepare event materials such as badges, programs, and promotional items to enhance participant experience.

Budget Tracking

• Assist with event budget management, ensuring expenditures align with guidelines and tracking expenses for optimal resource use.

Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors, evaluating proposals to ensure quality and reliability, and managing timelines to meet event needs.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales) and the Partner Alliance team to align event objectives with company and partner goals.
• Act as a contact point for event-related inquiries, managing stakeholder communications.

On-site Event Assistance

• Provide on-the-ground-support, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth event operations.

Post-Event Feedback & Reporting

• Gather feedback to assess event success and assist in creating post-event reports for insights and improvement. Follow up on sales leads, close the loop to ensure ROI is achieved.

Administrative & Team Support

• Handle administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, maintaining databases, and tracking budgets. Coordinate with other departments to align event and marketing strategies with overall company objectives.

Creative & Industry Awareness

• Bring fresh, innovative ideas to event concepts, keeping updated on industry trends and competitor events.

Brand Consistency

• - Ensure alignment with brand guidelines across all events

Collaboration

• Work with internal teams and external partners to gather ideas and ensure correct accuracy

Requirements

Education / Experience:

• Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Events Management, or related field.
• Minimally Diploma will be considered

Skillsets

o Some experience or internship experience in event planning or coordination is preferred.

o Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and creative thinking.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

As a Product Marketing Manager for Ads, you will shape the strategy, planning and communication of our suite of Ads solutions, thought leadership in digital, and supporting the Sales organization in driving advertising business from large corporate clients and agencies. You'll encourage and educate marketers across the Philippines with market insights, support content strategy, and communicate effectively through scalable marketing initiatives. In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with Comms, Sales and Ads Product Specialists, as well as collaborating with other Marketing teams across global offices.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales organization to drive positive brand perception & incremental revenue
• Drive business analysis and analytical activities to develop B2B marketing strategy.
• Handle B2B marketing for large corporations and agencies to ensure synergy in operation, efficiency in execution and consistency in narrative to the market.
• Develop messaging, collateral, events, and business strategies aimed at advertisers, agencies and publishers, increasing our engagement with them and measuring the efficacy of such programs.
• Inspire and build confidence amongst advertisers and agencies through research, insights and case studies.
• Support executive communication within Marketing and to other cross-functional teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 4 years’ work experience in tech marketing, brand management, strategy consulting, agency, or a related B2B industry with business acumen
• Experience at a marketing firm, agency, management consulting firm, bank, and/or in another role requiring strategic problem identification and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated analytical success. Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy.
• Penchant for technology, creativity to "think outside the box” and leadership to execute effectively.
• Deep understanding of products and technology industry.
• Demonstrated innovation and creative problem-solving abilities.

Job Description:

• Be a part of creative ideation and concept development for events and campaigns
• Collaborate with the members of the team to collectively produce successful events
• Conduct sourcing for event venues and supplies
• Coordinate between events team, designers and other 3rd party vendors leading up to the events, ensuring that both client and event requirements are met for both on-site and off-site events
• Support the overall operations and execution of various events
• Assist in execution of event project timelines, agenda, setup schedules

Job Requirements:

• Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic startup environment
• Able to work weekends at roadshow / events as games / stations facilitator (off-in-lieu will be provided to cover the weekend work)

Work Hours:
• Business as usual: 10am to 7pm (5 days work week with at least 1 weekend)
• Event days: 11am to 8/9pm (any additional hours worked will be counted towards off-in-lieu)
