Job Responsibilities

• Sales Growth & Customer Acquisition: Support the growth of Residential and Small Commercial segments by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones through effective sales and customer engagement.
• Multi-Channel Sales Coordination: Coordinate and sell Residential and Small Commercial solutions across various channels, including hotline, online platforms, and in-person interactions, adapting to each customer's needs.
• Account Servicing Support: Provide support to the account servicing team during peak periods, assisting with customer inquiries and ensuring smooth communication.

Qualifications & Skills
