Responsibilities:
Marketing & Communications
- Lead the comprehensive planning, execution, and production scheduling for digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions for MSc programs in key markets.
- Strategize and implement all digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns in key markets.
- Strategically plan and enhance the execution of digital marketing campaigns through Google Search Engine, Facebook Ads, and/or other digital marketing platforms.
- Research and analyze competitor advertising strategies and use these insights to adjust and refine digital marketing strategies.
- Plan and develop email campaigns in collaboration with the recruitment and faculty teams, ensuring a cohesive marketing approach.
- Lead the conceptualization and production of compelling ad content, including visuals, copy, and multimedia elements to increase awareness and generate interest for master’s, bachelor’s, and executive education programs.
- Develop and implement effective SEO and SEM strategies to boost organic and paid search visibility.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure quality assurance testing on all campaigns to maintain high standards in grammar, links, tracking parameters, imagery, landing pages, subject lines, and segmentation.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure the team fulfills all required core primary tasks and activities throughout the year, keeping deadlines in mind.
Budget and Conversion Management
- Manage the digital advertising budget for efficient resource allocation.
- Report, analyze metrics, monitor campaign performance, and provide data-driven insights to achieve campaign goals and maximize ROI.
- Improve website and landing page performance to enhance conversion rates and optimize the user experience.
Content Marketing
- Develop content marketing articles (e.g., student interviews, subject content) to generate interest among the key target audience.
- Conceptualize and develop publications (e.g., bi-annual newsletter) that translate scientific research and profile stories into engaging articles to generate interest among the key target audience.
- Plan, write, and design all marketing materials such as the bi-annual newsletter, corporate brochure, corporate gifts, and program brochures, including online and offline resources for the recruitment team and events.
Events Management
- Plan and execute corporate events of varying scales, ensuring all aspects are on target and consistent with the brand identity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Corporate Communications or related field required.
- Min 3 years of experience in marketing and communications.
- Motivated and good in communication
